Privacy policy

Just Us! Coffee Roasters is committed to protecting our customers’ privacy.

Information collected must receive consent with a clear purpose. If the purpose for collecting information changes, request for consent will be sent again with the new purpose outlined. Calls at Just Us! Coffee are not recorded and no private information is left unattended. This includes hard copies of documents as well as information stored digitally. Procedures are in place at Just Us! to protect privacy and restrict access to private information. Confirmation emails will be sent to customers to ensure accuracy.  Any private documents are to be destroyed within the appropriate time frame as defined by the government, in contracts with external partner organizations and internal department manuals.
